On September 23, 2025, the XV Anniversary Voronezh Industrial Forum and Exhibition with International Participation took place in Voronezh, marking the 300th anniversary of Voronezh Oblast and celebrating its pivotal role in Russia’s industrial history.
As part of the business program on the “International Cooperation and Export” platform, Mazen Kayssi, Founder of Export Way Group and Advisor on International Relations at the Arab Union of Industrial Cities and Zones, delivered a keynote address titled:
“Growth Opportunities for Russian Companies in Arab Industrial Zones Amid Economic Turbulence.” He highlighted the strong potential for mutually beneficial partnerships, even under current geopolitical and economic challenges.
A major milestone of the forum was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Arab Federation of Industrial Cities and Zones and a leading Voronezh-based company. This agreement lays the groundwork for long-term collaboration, market access in the Middle East, and potential localization of Russian production within Arab industrial zones.
The Center for Economic Cooperation and Investment Development (CECID) supported this initiative and continues to enhance its expertise in promoting high-tech, export-oriented, and investment-attractive projects on the global stage.
